Design Questionnaire
Through our detailed online questionnaire we gather all the information necessary to develop a clear understanding of your creative vision for your wedding graphics.

After we have gathered all the information we need from you, including any images you supply to us (by uploading them online) we have the necessary components to start creating your wedding graphics!

The next step is the development of a sample concept (or concepts, depending on which design package you ordered). We will send you, via email, a digital proof of your concept (if you purchased the Gold or Platinum package, you will receive either 2 or 3 concepts to choose from). You will choose one concept. Once you have chosen the concept, you will have an opportunity to make revisions to the design. Once we have your revisions we will send you a new proof (This constitues one round of revisions). If you have purchased the Silver package, you are entitled to one round of revisions. If you purchased the Gold package, you are entitled to (up to) two rounds of revisions and if you purchased the Platinum package, you are entitled to (up to) three rounds of revisions.

Production and Delivery
Once we've got the artwork approved the fun stuff gets underway. At this point we will apply your approved wedding artwork to all of the products from your order. We will send you a proof of each piece (electronically) for your approval before we produce the final order (PLEASE NOTE: any requested changes at this stage will be charged $50 per round of revisions). Once approved, we will print your wedding graphics and prepare them for delivery.You will receive your wedding graphics by post or by personal delivery, depending on your location.

That's it! Now all that's left is to set up your graphics on your special day and wow your guests with a custom branded wedding that will be one of a kind!!
